ASI Show Rebrands Traveling Trade Show to ASI Roadshow

Distributors invited to escort their clients on the show floor

TREVOSE, PA – September 29, 2014 – The ASI Show today announced it is rebranding the Advantages Roadshow, the industry’s most popular traveling trade show, to the ASI Roadshow starting with its 2015 schedule to better align the tabletop event with the family of events.

ASI Show events include The ASI Show, multi-day trade shows; the ASI Roadshow, which visits 40 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada; and fASIlitate, ASI’s hosted-buyer event bringing together top distributor sales producers with leading suppliers in a one-on-one atmosphere.

The ASI Roadshow enables suppliers to spend quality time with a unique group of distributors who do not attend other industry events. Attracting about 100 attendees in each city, each roadshow delivers an interactive environment for distributors to find the newest products and keep up with the latest trends, without traveling far from home.

Also new in 2015, distributors will have the opportunity to invite their clients to the ASI Roadshow. Distributors will be able to register their buyers on show site and escort them on the show floor at no charge. Invited clients must be accompanied by a distributor at all times and will have distinguishable badges making identifying this group of attendees easy for exhibitors.

“We are really excited to add an end-buyer element to our traveling roadshows,” said Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, vice president and general manager of The ASI Show. “We heard from numerous ASI members that allowing end-buyers to attend the Roadshow would provide the “perfect” sales call where suppliers, distributors and buyers would have the unique opportunity to discuss specific projects and solutions face to face.”

The schedule remains the same, with distributor education from 7:45-9 a.m., followed by tabletop exhibits from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. All advertising specialty distributors and decorators can attend for free and earn five credits toward their ASI Certification. The full 2015 ASI Roadshow schedule can be viewed at www.asiroadshow.com.

Suppliers interested in exhibiting at the ASI Roadshow should contact Nick DiNicola, Director of the ASI Roadshow, at 877-934-7048 or ndinicola@asicentral.com.

About The ASI Show
The ASI Show serves active ASI member distributors and suppliers, and attracts more distributors than any other industry show. Offering a full education conference, networking opportunities and an interactive show floor, The ASI Show takes place in five host cities per year (Orlando, Dallas, Long Beach, New York and Chicago). The ASI Roadshow, ASI’s traveling show, brings together distributors and suppliers in a local setting, allowing distributors to stay connected and on the cutting edge throughout the year, with minimal traveling. ASI’s hosted buyer event, fASIlitate, is an invitation-only event held at luxurious resorts to allow top suppliers to meet privately with highly sought-after distributor decision makers.
