ASI Merges Promotions Southwest into Dallas Show
Combines two Texas shows to better serve Southwest region in first quarter selling season
TREVOSE, PA – August 25, 2014 – The ASI Show today announced it is merging its Promotions Southwest event into ASI Dallas to provide customers in the greater Texas region with a single, one-stop super show during the all-important first quarter.
Year after year, The ASI Show attracts more distributors to its five national trade shows than any other industry show – with a total of 20,000 attendees. ASI Dallas – the largest industry show in the Southwest – takes place February 3-5, 2015, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
"After listening to ASI members and thoroughly researching the needs of the marketplace, ASI decided one strong show – ASI Dallas – would best serve the Southwest region," said Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, vice president and general manager of The ASI Show. "We're looking forward to the 2015 show season and feel certain ASI Dallas will once again meet the needs of the marketplace in the first quarter. We're confident that eliminating one show in the market will benefit the industry as a whole, which is always our primary concern."
The 2015 Dallas show will feature a keynote by QVC and "Shark Tank" host Lori Greiner, a prolific inventor of over 400 retail products. The empowering keynote is free to ASI members. Dallas will also provide a full slate of ASI education and an interactive show floor.
