Rick Blabolil is the president of Marketing Innovators International (MI), a full-service people performance management and measurement organization dedicated to helping companies drive improved business results by building engagement across their extended enterprise – employees, channel partners and customers. Under Rick’s leadership, MI has grown to become one of the most respected incentive/motivation companies in the U.S.  Rick is also the vice president of the Incentive Research Foundation, a member of the Performance Improvement Council, a past president of the Incentive Gift Certificate Council, an advisor for The Incentive Federation, and serves on the National Advisory Committee for The Motivation Show.

David Blaise David Blaise, Top Secrets of Promotional Products Sales
What do the industry's first video podcast, audio podcast, Extreme Makeover and theme song all have in common? Industry entrepreneur, author and business consultant David Blaise. In 1998, he created Top Secrets of Promotional Products Sales, the industry's premier "success system in a box." Andy Cohen Andy Cohen, ASI
Andy Cohen is Editor of Counselor magazine. He previously was Editor of Incentive & Potentials magazine at The Nielsen Company in New York. While working for Nielsen, Andrew's work received four Jesse H. Neal Awards, the highest honor in business journalism. This year, under Andrew's leadership, Counselor magazine received its second consecutive Neal Award for its annual State of the Industry issue.


Matthew Cohn Matthew Cohn, ASI
Vice Chairman of the ASI Family of Companies (composed of The ASI Show!®, ASI Computer Systems®, and ASI®), Matthew Cohn has launched businesses in publishing, e-commerce, trade shows and medical information. Matthew has also served as President, Education Chair and Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and is on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Young President's Organization (YPO). The Philadelphia Business Journal recognized him in their "40 Under 40" awards, and he was named among the "Top 100 People to Watch" by Business Philadelphia magazine, as well as one of the "100 Most Influential People" in the trade show industry by Tradeshow Week. He has been a featured speaker at national conferences such as American Society of Association Executives, Direct Marketing Association, Internet World, Annual Catalog Conference, Seybold Seminars, International Association of Exposition Managers and SISO.

Rich Corvalan Rich Corvalan, Vantage Apparel
Rich Corvalan is the Regional Sales Director for industry leader, Vantage Apparel. Prior to joining their promotional sales team, Rich represented Vantage as an independent representative for Green Grass Golf Shop sales. His extensive sales experience also includes eight years at Cleveland Golf, where he was recognized as their top independent sales rep.

Danny Friedman Danny Friedman, Added Incentives, Inc.
Danny Friedman has been in the promotional products industry for over 12 years and is a multi-million dollar producer. Danny's clientele includes some of the top companies in the Fortune 500. Danny has been a sales manager and sales trainer for the last nine years. He combines his promotional products industry experience along with other industries he has been in that include office products, real estate and being a multi-line representative in the sporting goods industry.

Ed Levy Ed Levy, Digitize4U
Ed Levy is Director of Software Products at Hirsch International and Owner of Digitize4u, an embroidery and digitizing operation. A 22-year industry veteran, Ed has owned screen printing, embroidery and digitizing businesses. In 2001, Ed began consulting and founded EmbForum, a professional Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software users group. He is a sought-after consultant and trainer with clients in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Barbados and Jamaica. As a prominent industry educator he presents a wide range of seminars for industry events, is a pioneer in webinar education and has been a panelist for Stitches Roadshow events. He also serves on the advisory board of Stitches.

Cliff Quicksell Cliff Quicksell, Jr., Cliff Quicksell & Associates
Cliff Quicksell, Jr., has been a distributor, a supplier and a trainer in the industry for 25+ years, all the while sharing his secrets to success in creative marketing. Cliff is the proud recipient of 30+ industry awards for marketing and creativity. He has also won over nine industry speaking awards for his delivery, content and audience appeal. Cliff's vast industry experience and research into what clients really want from distributors have helped him build a thriving training and consulting business in our industry.

Karen Renk Karen Renk, IMA
Karen Renk, a Certified Association Executive, has been active in the incentive industry since 1986 when she became Executive Director of the Incentive Manufacturers Representatives Association.  She helped to found the Incentive Marketing Association and was named Incentive Marketing Association's Executive Director in 1999.  Karen is a Trustee for the Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement at Northwestern University, is a Director of the Incentive Federation and is an Advisory Board Member for the Chicago 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, a program of the National Association for Business Resources.  

Michelle M. Smith Michelle M. Smith, O.C. Tanner
Named as one of the Ten Best and Brightest Women in the Incentive Industry, Michelle has worked in every facet of recognition and incentives, both domestically and internationally. A highly rated international speaker, writer and consultant; she is a respected authority on human capital management, internal branding and engagement. Michelle is President of the Forum for People Performance Management at Northwestern University and President Emeritus of the Incentive Marketing Association.

Lee Strom Lee Strom, SanMar
An 8-year industry veteran, Lee Strom serves as the Sr. Marketing Manager at SanMar Corporation, where he is responsible for leading a highly talented team responsible for print media, web, trade shows and other marketing vehicles. Prior to joining SanMar, Lee was the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager at Eddie Bauer and previously an Advertising and Promotional Administrator for REI.
