Rick Blabolil is the president of Marketing Innovators International (MI), a full-service people performance management and measurement organization dedicated to helping companies drive improved business results by building engagement across their extended enterprise – employees, channel partners and customers. Jay Busselle Jay Busselle, Digital Art Solutions
Jay Busselle began his graphics career at the age of 14, printing bootleg surf, skateboard and band T-shirts. After learning valuable lessons about copyright law, Jay landed a real job as a cut-and-paste artist for the Yellow Pages. It wasn't long before Jay saw the advantages of working for his parents' screen printing and promotional product agency. Jay developed into a top-producing sales professional, and 28 years later has almost grown up. He is the father of six great kids and serves as General Manager of Digital Art Solutions, a Phoenix-based software company that makes artwork easy for distributors and suppliers.

Chris Clark is Vice President of Sales at Ash City USA and has more than 22 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Ash City in 2002 as their National Accounts Manager, Chris' experience included various roles with Vantage Apparel in sales and brand management. Chris' has developed special markets, green grass divisions and contract decorating programs for brand names. He has a keen understanding of both apparel and decorating program solutions in corporate and special markets.

Karyn Coates is the Executive Director of ASI's Customer e-Media. Since the launch of LogoMall in 1995, Karyn has consulted with hundreds of distributors on web marketing and site design. Andy Cohen Andy Cohen, ASI
Andy Cohen is Editor of Counselor magazine. He previously was Editor of Incentive & Potentials magazine at The Nielsen Company in New York. While working for Nielsen, Andrew's work received four Jesse H. Neal Awards, the highest honor in business journalism. This year, under Andrew's leadership, Counselor magazine received its second consecutive Neal Award for its annual State of the Industry issue.

Michael Crawford Michael Crawford, Crawford Creative Group
Michael Crawford is an award-winning graphic designer and consultant. He has worked as an art director for advertising agencies and promotional products suppliers. Michael recently opened his own promotional products distributorship, Crawford Creative Group, LLC, a multi-service agency, which includes promotional products as its core media. Jack joined ASI in 2005 and is the Director of Marketing for Membership Services at ASI. He is a direct marketing veteran with over 25 years of diverse sales & marketing experience in international business.  Jack’s previous experience includes owning a marketing consulting firm with clients that included firms such as NutriSystem and SmartBargains.com. Prior to that he was in charge of the catalog division at The Franklin Mint, and has held numerous positions in operations, purchasing and finance. Today, Jack specializes in multi-channel marketing and is adept at creating vision, strategy and execution across multiple mediums.

Colin Graf is a Marketing Manager for ASI’s Supplier and Distributor Services. He is responsible for the marketing efforts that support advertising and circulation for ASI Catalogs and Magazines. Colin joined ASI two years ago and has more than eitght years of marketing experience, primarily in the financial services and publishing industries.


Brian Greul Brian Greul, Texas Shirt Company
Brian Greul is the President of Texas Shirt Company, a distributor company based in Houston, TX. Brian's background includes working as a network administrator, consultant and sales engineer within the information technology field. Brian excels at translating the technical into the saleable. Within the industry, Brian has performed all aspects of production, from pulling squeegees for printing to threading needles, digitizing for embroidery and even some first-hand selling.

Howard Headden Howard Headden, Ash City USA
Howard Headden is a 22-year industry veteran with management experience on both the supplier and distributor sides of the promotional and incentive markets. He is currently the Vice President of Sales for Ash City USA, and has previous soft goods experience at Gemline, TEHAMA, GEAR for Sports and Starter Corporation. His background includes developing both Canadian and decorator divisions for Gemline, along with participating in many end-user presentations and seminars over the years.  

Marc Held Marc Held, Bodek & Rhodes
Marc Held is one of the most energetic speakers in the apparel industry today. He's trained thousands of industry salespeople with his turbo-charged presentations, conveying his knowledge learned over 13 years in the promotional products, screen printing, embroidery and sporting goods industries. As National Sales Director at Bodek and Rhodes, he consistently earns the highest in speaking marks, but also numerous sales honors including the Advertising Specialty Institute's Rep of the Year in 2007 and Rep of the Year honors from Adventures in Advertising franchises two years in a row. Liz has done a variety of education sessions for The ASI Show including Marketing Your LogoMall Web Site, Introduction to LogoMall and ESP Online Hands-On Training.  Liz has worked closely with many ASI members to help them utilize ASI services to expand their business and work more efficiently.

Jo-an Lantz is Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors for Geiger. She is a former ASI International Person of the Year (2004), and a member of ASI Power 50 (#3 in 2006). She represents Geiger as the sole US member of the international group WAGE (World Advertising Gift Exchange), a 50 year organization with 26 members from 25 different countries. Jo-an has served on a variety of different industry groups and associations.

Jeff Lederer is the Executive Vice President for Prime Line. Ed Levy is Director of Software Products at Hirsch International and Owner of Digitize4u, an embroidery and digitizing operation. A 22-year industry veteran, Ed has owned screen printing, embroidery and digitizing businesses. In 2001, Ed began consulting and founded EmbForum, a professional Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software users group. He is a sought-after consultant and trainer with clients in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Barbados and Jamaica. She also has been a frequent contributor to the business section of The New York Times.

Marsha Londe brings 25 years of experience in selling promotional products. In her career, she has won 24 national awards for the creative use of product. Marsha has been interviewed for dozens of industry articles, and written several of her own. She has led classes and seminars within the industry and about the industry, and has been a speaker at national industry conventions. She was also twice named the ASI Salesperson of the Year and was recognized in the inaugural class of Women in the Promotional Products Industry with those who 'broke through the glass ceiling" with their contributions to the business.

Jeff Meyer has been involved in various aspects of finance for over 24 years. Jeff qualified as a CPA in the state of Indiana where he worked for the Big Five international accounting firm Ernst & Young. Jeff has been active in the advertising specialty industry for over 20 years in various CFO and CEO capacities for a large group of suppliers and distributor companies. She has been with ASI for over 10 years working in the EIT department. Sharon possesses extensive knowledge of the data and plays and integral role in educating suppliers on their product presentation on ESP Online.

Cliff Quicksell, Jr., has been a distributor, a supplier and a trainer in the industry for over 25 years, all the while sharing his secrets to success in creative marketing. Lauron Sonnier is President of Sonnier Marketing & Communications, Inc. (Houston, Texas) and author of 365 Ways to Stir the Pot and Put Marketing Into Action, a daily marketing guide. She holds a BS degree in Communications and has over 20 years of hands-on marketing experience. She has worked with companies of all types and sizes, but especially small businesses. Tohan Stover Tohan Stover, Vantage Apparel 
Tohan Stover, Regional Sales Representative for Vantage Apparel, has been in the industry for seven years. She began her career in the advertising specialties industry as a local distributor and a local decorator before joining Vantage Apparel. Tohan has extensive experience in customer service, inside sales, outside sales, sourcing, marketing and apparel.

Lee Strom Lee Strom, SanMar
An 8-year industry veteran, Lee Strom serves as the Sr. Marketing Manager at SanMar Corporation, where he is responsible for leading a highly talented team responsible for print media, web, trade shows and other marketing vehicles. Prior to joining SanMar, Lee was the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager at Eddie Bauer and previously an Advertising and Promotional Administrator for REI.

Jim Stutz, HALO/Lee Wayne Corp.
Jim Stutz is Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development at HALO/Lee Wayne Corp. He is responsible for all aspects of HALO/Lee Wayne sales, including field sales management, large-client acquisition, business development and recruiting. Jim was recently with Cintas Corporation where he spent over 18 years with the $4 billion a year business services company. Since 2002, Jim had led the newly created promotional product business unit at Cintas, spearheading an effort that grew over four fold in his tenure there. Jim's expertise is in business-to-business marketing and customer facing technologies.

Danielle Torres, Vice President of Dard Design/Division of Tagmaster
Danielle started with Dard Products in 2001, and was promoted within 4 months to Vice President. Danielle works on maintaining accounts both locally and worldwide, with constant communication with overseas ensuring safety and compliance is in effect across the board. Danielle has been put in place alongside President Bonni Shevin Sandy to help and grow key accounts both stateside and worldwide. Danielle oversees 10 production managers in the US, 6 in Hong Kong and 6 in China. She also assists with product design and product development to ensure the most creative and innovative items worldwide. Danielle also manages safety and compliance throughout Dard, to ensure the proper testing and procedures are followed, she attends compliance meetings, and studies the most up to date rules and regulations.

Natalie Townes Natalie Townes, The ASI Show
Natalie Townes is Professional Development Projects Manager for The ASI Show. She has been involved in education conference design and production for the advertising specialty industry for 20 years, and is well known as an industry education and training consultant. In 2001, Natalie was named to Counselor magazine's "40 under 40" people to watch in the industry. She is founding member of the Promotional Products Association of the Mid-South (PPAMS), served as the first president and is Education Chair Emeritus for PPAMS.

 

Mark Trotzuk, Boardroom -Eco Apparel
Mark Trotzuk is founder and COO of Boardroom -Eco Apparel, a clothing design and manufacturing company based in Vancouver BC, Canada. Mark entered the industry 12 years ago when he opened Boardroom Custom Clothing. His deep passion for the environment initiated the launch Eco Apparel in 2005 and has brought him the opportunity to train with Al Gore as a presenter for The Climate Project. Mark continues to take his company to new heights as they recently received the American & Canadian Trade Mark for the word 'eco" in the category of apparel. 

Tom Vann Tom Vann, Target Graphics
In 1987, Tom Vann founded Target Graphics, a contract screen-printing company that exclusively services promotional products distributors. He has transformed a basement business into a multi-million dollar powerhouse. Accolades include winning over 30 screen-printing awards. He is a frequent writer for Impressions Magazine, Wearables PPB and Counselor. Tom is a regular presenter with credits for educational seminars at The ASI Shows.

Dave Vagnoni Dave Vagnoni, ASI
Dave Vagnoni is a Staff Writer for ASI, reporting for Counselor and Counselor PromoGram. In November of 2008, he debuted on ASI Radio and continues to contribute as an occasional guest. He also supports ASI TV in a variety of roles. Previously, Dave worked as an Emmy-nominated TV reporter at multiple network affiliates, most recently at WHTM-TV ABC in Harrisburg, PA. He was recognized as one of the top TV writers in the country in 2004, honored by his peers with a National Edward R. Murrow Award. He has appeared on CNN, Headline News and Comcast Sportsnet in Philadelphia.

Lisa White Lisa White, Vantage Apparel
Lisa White is a sales representative for Vantage Apparel in the state of Florida. She has over 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry, most of which has been in apparel and decorating. Lisa began her career on the distributor side of the business before becoming a supplier when she was asked to start the Florida territory for Vantage in 1995. She later held similar positions at Adva-Lite and Sweda before rejoining Vantage in 2008. Lisa has served on the board of directors for several industry committees.  

David Woods David Woods, AIA
David joined AIA as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2003, and led a management buyout of the company in July 2005. He is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in the promotional products, packaging and management consulting industries. David has spent most of his career guiding the profitable development of startup and fast-growth companies. He currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Promotional Products Education Foundation, which raises money for scholarships for children of the industry.
